EmotionalChords is a free, interactive piano practice website. By using this site, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.

Terms of use

• The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
• You are responsible for how you use the content and any outcomes from practicing.
• You may not abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site.

Privacy

• We do not ask you to create an account.
• We do not collect email addresses in the current experiment.
• We do not sell personal information.

Analytics (cookie-less)

• We use Vercel Web Analytics (cookie-less) to understand basic traffic (for example: page views, device/OS, and approximate country).
• We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, gtag, or advertising conversion pixels/tags.

Motion Control experiment (PWYW survey)

• “Pay What You Want (PWYW)” is a pricing survey only. No checkout or payment processing is enabled in this experiment.
• We record only aggregated counts of key steps (page views and survey submissions) grouped by campaign parameters (utm_campaign and utm_content).
• We do not store IP addresses, user agents, or user identifiers in our own experiment counters.
• Our hosting provider may retain standard server logs briefly for security and operational reliability.
